I am Erica, ‘Ericat Tattoo’, working from Astra Lines, Edinburgh.

Based in the historic location of Edinburgh, I draw inspiration from the enchanting city, the I create bespoke, custom tattoo pieces for my clients.

 

I enjoy themes along the lines of-​

I work primarily in an illustrative blackwork style, with occasional colour elements and sometimes full colour pieces. I take inspiration from the natural world and interpret it with my artistic vision.

I truly believe in the strength and healing power derived from the decision to mark our bodies forever. Whether that be for a sentimental reason, or a personal one, it is an honour to be trusted to create something for you that you will wear forever, marking this period in time.

I strive to provide an attentive, caring service, with diligence and care. I am honoured to all who choose to book with me and support my work, also so grateful for all conversations shared and experiences with my clients.

Being tattooed has empowered me to feel more comfortable in my skin, as I have Psoriasis and as an ex-self harmer, I consciously choose to re-create new stories and design armour to navigate the world. I hope I can assist in helping you to choose how to decorate your mortal form too.
